By using garages.be you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
garages.be is an online platform connecting owners, tenants, buyers and real estate agencies for garages, parking spots and storage spaces in Belgium. We are not a party to any rental or sale agreements between users.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for securing your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
4. Listings
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. garages.be reserves the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines or contain misleading information.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
6. Liability
garages.be acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between owners and tenants. Users are encouraged to verify listing information independently.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
